Please contact us to volunteer or assist with the following upcoming events:

Drew and his brothers all loved to golf. Three, (yes, 3!) annual golf outings (1 each in Michigan, North Carolina and Southern California) will take place each year. The first annual Michigan outing is scheduled to take place at Farmington Hills Golf Club, but is currently postponed due to COVID-19. The second annual SoCal outing and the first annual Charlotte outings are in the planning stages for 2020. Please contact Nick Poet at (734) 277-3017 for more information and to get involved.

One of Drew’s favorite sports was basketball and he played for many years on both his school teams and travel teams. A charity basketball tournament is in the works for 2020 with the hopes of making this a fun, yearly event. Please contact Jenni Marks at (248) 390-6002 for more information.

A walkathon is in the planning stages in South Lyon, Michigan for the spring of 2020.  This will be a Poet Family event so come out and say hello and help us make this event a huge success for the foundation. Please contact Craig Poet at (248) 921-8254 for more information.

The "DIFD Benefit Concert 2020" is planned for the spring of 2020 in Charlotte, North Carolina featuring several local bands. Please contact Maura Streppa at for more information.

As details emerge on any of these events we will update our website.
